2024年，根据湖南省广播电视局推进公共频道调整优化的要求，永州公共频道调整为经济生活频道。该频道的台标也随之升级，现为“YZTV经济生活”，融入了货币符号、数据流等元素，同时保留生活化色彩，体现了其服务市民的定位。
该频道曾开办有晚间主打新闻栏目《大事小事》、政务型栏目《公共政务》、生活信息类经济栏目《商务风云》等自办节目。
